Please read this information carefully before registering for classes.

Fall/Spring Calendar – September 12, 2016 to June 4, 2017
All classes run for 32 weeks.

* For this fall, there is a new rule at BAW for all the students enrolled in classical ballet between levels A and E: The students are allowed to cut ONLY ONE (1) CLASS/WEEK out of the recommended number of classes for their level. For example, the level A meets 3 times/week therefore, level A students will have to enroll to a MINIMMUM of 2 CLASSES/WEEK.

The students that cannot comply to this rule (in 2 CLASSES/WEEK) will no longer be able to sign up to their original level, they will have to join a new class designed especially for them: TEEN BALLET INTERMEDIATE
Students enrolled in 1 class per week that is not on the day of the class level rehearsal will not be able to perform in the Spring Gala.
Students who do not attend dress rehearsal for the Spring Gala, will not be allowed to perform.

School Hours:
Monday through Friday: 3:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturday- 8:30 to 5:30 in the fall and 8:30 to 3:00 in the spring
Sunday – Close

Registration Policies: All ages, backgrounds, abilities and level of skill are welcome to register at B.A.W., Inc. any time during the fall and spring semesters. All students are required to fill out a completed registration and liability form before classes begin. If registration form in not completed and submitted before classes begin, then the student is not allowed to participate in class. This rule also coincides with tuition payment.

Registration Fee: A one time, non-refundable fee of $30.00 per student or $55.00 per family is due upon registration. Registration fees and tuition can be paid by cash, check or credit card/paypal. A $25.00 service charge well applied to all returned checks.

Tuition: Payments may be paid in full; however, BAW will accept payments in two installments without penalty. Second installment will be due January 3rd, if you chose this option you will receive a bill via email. Any late payments will result in a service fee of an additional $50.00 per month (effective November 17,2011). B.A.W., Inc will work with families in need of a financial payment plan, however, with this option a 5% service fee will be added to your tuition.

Sibling Discount: Important information when registering in person and online with family discount The family member registering for the most amount of classes will be charged in full and the sibling will receive the discount. The family member registering for the most classes online will have to register and select full payment option in order for their sibling to receive the 10% discount when using the online services. The sibling who is receiving the discount online, must also select full payment. The office will help in the deduction of the 10% discount.

Ballet Program: Faculty supervised auditions for the ballet program is required for children 7 and over. Please make arrangements with the Director to schedule placement audition. Ballet Arts Worcester is dedicated in providing high-quality, pre-professional and recreational training and instruction. It is through professional knowledge and experience that we may bring success to every student in our school. Classical ballet training is so detailed that we ensure small classroom size, so each student can accomplish goals individually and collectively.

Registration options for Adults: Class Card: Payment of $204.00 (non-refundable) payment is required at the time of sale. This card allows adult students to participate in any class within a 16 week period. The card is non-transferable and must be presented to the instructor prior to class. Card expires after 16 weeks, and a new card must be issued.

Drop in: Participation in any class one time is a fee of $20.00 (non-refundable).

Refund and Withdrawal Policy: If a student withdrawals from the program in the first week of classes a credit of 75% of the tuition will be given less the $30.00 registration fee. If a student withdrawals from the program in the second week of classes there will be no refunds. There will be no refunds after the second week of classes.
